A useful report identifies the page, the disputed statement and supporting evidence. Opinion differences and factual errors are considered separately.
Review the evidence
Check the underlying source, its date and the context of the claim. Revise a verified error and clarify material changes where readers need that context. Do not silently turn a researched guide into a claimed firsthand test.
